Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
  • Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques in the clinical setting.
  • Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Modify treatment plans as needed to support ongoing patient progress.
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. 
  • Current or eligible for Wyoming state SLP licensure. 
  • Demonstrated clinical judgment with excellent communication and professional skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and pursuing ongoing professional growth.
