InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team as a Traveling Director of Rehabilitation. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about exceptional patient care and ready to guide the clinical and operational success of a rehab department.
This position includes interim director assignments of 6-12 months at one of our Midwest locations, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role if desired. Because our openings change throughout the year, candidates are encouraged to inquire about current available sites.
As a Rehab Director with InReach, you will lead and support your therapy team while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to mentor clinicians, foster a positive team culture, and elevate rehab services within the communities you serve. New directors receive support from an experienced mentor and a network of 19 Rehab Directors across the company.
