Duties and Responsibilities
Front Office Coordination
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Support office operations, including supply management, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
Rehab Aide
- Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
- Support patient care under therapist direction as appropriate.
- Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-centered during busy or stressful situations.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to teamwork.
