Rehab Aide

InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated full- or part-time Rehab Aide to join our team at Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege, NE. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support physical, occupational, and speech therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients in our rural community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist therapists during physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions.
  • Prepare patients for therapy and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas.
  • Manage therapy supplies and equipment.
  • Greet patients and support scheduling or check-in processes.
  • Assist with documentation and basic administrative tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support therapy operations.
