InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Ringgold County Hospital in Mount Ayr, IA. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about exceptional patient care and ready to guide the clinical and operational success of a rural rehab department.
As a Rehab Director with InReach, you will lead and support your therapy team while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll leverage your clinical expertise and leadership strengths to mentor clinicians, foster a positive team culture, and advance rehab services within the community. New directors benefit from strong onboarding support, mentorship from an experienced leader, and collaboration with a network of 19 Rehab Directors across the company.
