At Fruitland Park Dentistry, we treat every patient like a neighbor — because many of them are. We're a warm, family-centered general dental practice and we're looking for a patient care coordinator who shares our belief that going to the dentist should feel comfortable, unhurried, and even enjoyable. If you love connecting with people of all ages and making them feel genuinely cared for, you'll fit right in.
As our patient care coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Fruitland Park Dentistry. From welcoming families at the front desk to helping patients understand their treatment options and navigate insurance, you'll play a central role in building the trusting relationships that keep our community coming back for years — and sending their friends and family our way too.

Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software and support day-to-day office operations
Help coordinate family block scheduling and multi-patient appointments to make life easier for busy households
Experience in a dental or medical front office
Comfortable and patient with people of all ages — from anxious kids to elderly patients

Competitive salary based on experience
Complimentary and discounted dental care for you and your family
Employee Dental Benefits and paid time off
Continuing education and professional development support
A close-knit team that genuinely enjoys coming to work together
Stable schedule with no evenings or weekends (we value your family time too)
Have experience managing family block appointments, speak Spanish (a plus in our growing community), have a knack for calming anxious patients, or have worked in a community-based practice where building long-term relationships is the priority.
