Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support daily financial activities and ensure accurate, efficient processing of transactions. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, supporting reporting cycles, and assisting with process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare routine reports for management.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and financial tools or software integrations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with financial or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
