The HR Administrator at Wilson, Drinkard & Drinkard, LLC will be an integral part of our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily human resources functions, ensuring compliance, organization, and confidentiality across HR activities. This position is suited for a highly organized professional who values discretion and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of orientation materials.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee-related appointments.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination as needed.
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave requests, and other employee records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Assist with compliance-related recordkeeping and internal audits as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative or HR support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
