The Opportunity
You'll run the leasing office at Atlas at Bay Point, a 136-unit community currently stabilized at 84 occupied units while 52 units undergo post-hurricane reconstruction. Within the next 12 months, we'll be kicking off a full lease-up of those rebuilt units — meaning you'll be on the front lines of one of the most exciting chapters in this property's history. If you've ever wanted to point at a full community and say "I leased that up," this is your shot.
You'll be the primary face of the community, partnering closely with your on-site maintenance team, your Regional Manager, and corporate support.
