At Fortiva Residential, our Leasing Agent is the heartbeat of our community. You're often the first smile a future resident sees, and the friendly voice that makes someone feel at home before they've even signed a lease. What you'll actually be doing:
You'll meet and greet prospects, lead tours, follow up on leads, and guide people through the leasing process from "just looking" to "I'll take it." Beyond leasing, you'll respond to calls and emails, and make sure our leasing office and vacant units always look their best.
Behind the scenes, you'll work in our Software (AppFolio/ Knock) to keep everything accurate and up to date, and you'll stay sharp on local market trends so we're always putting our best foot forward.

This is a full-time, on-site role at one of our residential communities in Largo, Florida at "Altura Largo". You'll be where the action is every day.
Your Benefits: Bonus pay for countersigned leases ($100) and renewals ($25) can be earned. After 90 days you are invited to participate in our Dental, Vision and Health Care Benefits and 401-K.PTO (80 hours in the first year), plus paid holidays (8 days), plus your birthday paid time off and $30/ month for using you phone for work.If you want more and seek further training and certifications- we are happy to help- compared to larger Property Management Companies advancing your career is probably easier.
