About the Role
This position is responsible for leasing, resident relations, and daily coordination of the leasing office at one of our apartment communities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• enjoys working directly with residents and applicants • is highly organized and reliable • takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly • can work independently while being supported by our Regional Manager and corporate team

You will be the primary office contact for the community, working closely with our maintenance team and corporate support staff.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing • Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospects • Process rental applications • Maintain strong occupancy and renewal rates • Respond to leasing inquiries the same day whenever possible • Resident Relations• Provide friendly and professional service to residents • Address concerns and coordinate solutions promptly • Encourage lease renewals and positive resident experiences • Community Operations• Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic unit inspections • Coordinate work orders and "Make Ready's" with the Regional Maintenance Coordinator and on-site maintenance staff • 

Compensation• 
$24 to $26 per hour plus $75 Leasing and $25 Renewal Bonus• Stable full-time position • Professional work environment with corporate support • Opportunity to grow within Fortiva Residential

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in apartment leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service• Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working with property management software and standard office tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment
