Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate data entry into the company’s electronic records systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities before batch submissions.
- Develop and maintain databases and records that meet the operational requirements of the department.
- Utilize software tools to ensure the smooth entry of data points into system databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data managed, including patient information and internal reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm the accuracy of data records and make corrections as necessary.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance knowledge of new data management systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies, ensuring that ethical standards are met during the handling and processing of data.
- Provide administrative support to ensure that all data entry projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements
- Must be a USA citizen or possess appropriate work authorization.
- Proven track record of successful data entry work experience, including handling large volumes of data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent typing skills, with speed and accuracy prioritized.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and other data processing software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for identifying data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain professional communication.
