Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings to ensure effective time management of executives.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, providing timely and thoughtful responses.
- Prepare important documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information pertaining to the company and its operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, coordinating logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct research on various topics as directed to support decision-making and project planning.
- Liase with other departments and external parties to facilitate communication and project progression.
- Monitor and manage the executive's emails and correspondence to prioritize critical issues.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and handle expense reports with precision.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points to ensure accountability.
- Ensure all office supplies and necessary tools are well-stocked and maintained.
- Provide a supportive presence in daily tasks, improving overall business flow and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with references.
- Must be Authorized to work in the US
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Suite and remote communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fully remote setting.
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields preferred.
