Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing detailed information on services offered.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor while communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with speed and efficiency, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Record and update customer information on the company's CRM systems accurately and securely.
- Contribute to the achievement of customer service targets and goals set by the company.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve customer services and foster better cross-department communication.
- Regularly participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and norms during customer interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback, analyze them constructively, and suggest improvements accordingly.
- Follow-up with clients to verify that their needs are fulfilled and that they are satisfied with the services.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, and prioritize tasks effectively based on the criticality.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and or alternatives to issues faced.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Must have access to a quiet work environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Empathy and a strong passion for assisting others.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Ready to work in a fully remote setup.
