Sales Responsibilities – Sewer, Drain & Epoxy Lining Repair & Replacement Division

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue new residential and commercial clients in need of trenchless sewer repair solutions.
  • Attend local networking events, including real estate and home inspection industry gatherings, to establish connections and generate leads.

2. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment

  • Conduct on-site visits and post-camera inspections to assess sewer, drain line conditions and recommend appropriate epoxy lining or trenchless solutions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits, process, and long-term cost savings of epoxy lining versus traditional sewer repair methods.

3. Proposal Development & Quoting

  • Develop and deliver detailed, accurate, and timely estimates tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to close deals and secure signed contracts.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, general contractors, property managers, and facility operators.
  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Collaboration with Operations

  • Work closely with project managers and field technicians to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and execution of services.
  • Participate in pre-job meetings and post-job follow-ups to ensure project success and client feedback is addressed.

6. Market Research & Sales Strategy

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance the division’s competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and sales tools that highlight the benefits of trenchless technology and epoxy lining.

7. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to management.

8. Education, Training & Certification

  • Keep up-to-date on innovations in trenchless technology and epoxy lining materials.
  • Attend relevant training sessions, obtain certifications as needed, and maintain technical expertise to effectively communicate solutions.
