You anticipate what the doctor needs before it’s asked, keep patients feeling at ease while the clock stays on track, and take real ownership of your operatory. You hold a high standard — not because you’re told to, but because you can’t help it.

What You’ll Be Doing

    •    Chairside assisting with precision, efficiency, and genuine patient care

    •    Staying 1–2 steps ahead of the doctor and the schedule — every time

    •    Setting up rooms and trays before they’re needed

    •    iTero scanning

    •    Fabricating high-quality temporaries

    •    Assisting with crown, restorative, and cosmetic procedures

    •    Taking accurate impressions (stayplates, dentures, aligners)

    •    Keeping operatories         immaculate, fully stocked, and always ready

    •    Delivering a warm, polished experience that patients remember and refer

What Sets You Apart

    •    3–4+ years of dental assisting experience (fee-for-service or cosmetic practice a plus)

    •    CA RDA license preferred - but not required depending on experience 

    •    Reliable, punctual, and accountable — without being managed

    •    Detail-oriented in a way that actually shows in the work

    •    Proactive communicator who keeps the team aligned

    •    Composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
