Serenity Dental Spa, a leader in aesthetic and comprehensive dental care, is thrilled to announce an opening for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our vibrant team in a full-time capacity. This position is based on-site at our state-of-the-art facility. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including but not limited to general and cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontic procedures such as Invisalign.
 - Take and record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs, and provide postoperative instructions as prescribed by the dentist.
 - Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
 - Collect diagnostic information through x-rays, molds, intra oral photos, 3 D SCAN, and CBCT.
 - Practice strict compliance with OSHA, CDC, and ADA guidelines and policies pertaining to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
 - Manage dental supplies and inventory by forecasting the needed materials and equipment.
 - Educate patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
 - Document dental care services by recording patient/dentist interactions as required.
 - Provide support and reassurance to patients, ensuring a calming environment that aligns with our dental spa ethos.
 - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and clinic practices.
 
Requirements
- DA or RDA certificate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a dental office.
 - Self-motivated and eager to improve daily within the dental field.
 - Eager to learn and train in advanced dental specialties, including Invisalign and other continuing dental education opportunities.
 - Exhibits a high level of responsibility, reliability, and availability to meet the needs of our patients and dental team.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships with patients and team members.
 - Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to ensure punctuality and reliability.
 - Strong organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties.

 - Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
