Home Health Aide

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Schedule: 10am–6pm, Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

As an HHA, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort and safety, and support their overall well‑being. You will work closely with our care team to deliver consistent, client‑centered care based on each individual’s needs.

Requirements:

• Resume  
• CNA/HA certificate (must be valid and up to date) 
• CPR card 
•  Permanent Resident or Employee Authorization (ONLY if applicable) 
• First Aid card from American Heart Association 
• In-services or CEU 
• Physical Test and PPD/Xray (within last 6 months) 
• Drug Test 
•  Driver's License 
•  Social Security card

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and companionship to a 21‑year‑old client with autism.

• Engage in games, outdoor activities, and social outings.

• Maintain a positive, happy, and outgoing interaction style.

• Drive the client to appointments, activities, and community outings.

• Ensure a safe environment, including awareness of allergies (lactose intolerance and shrimp).

• Assist with monitoring medication (Zofran) as directed by the family.

• Be comfortable around pets and participate in pet‑related activities.
