Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.
Lead and supervise a team of 2-4 installers on residential and commercial job sites.
Interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate project execution.
Oversee all aspects of installation, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Manage equipment and material inventory on site.
Communicate with project managers and clients regarding project status and any issues.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Proven experience in fence installation, with prior leadership/supervisory experience required.
Extensive knowledge of various fencing materials and installation techniques.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a company truck and trailer.
