Summary: Benson Fence Co. seeks a motivated Outside Sales Representative/Estimator to interact directly with customers, measure projects, and provide accurate, professional quotes. This role requires excellent communication skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to close sales, all while maintaining the professional standards of our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.
Meet with potential customers at their homes or businesses.
Measure sites and prepare project quotes/estimates.
Present proposals and close sales deals.
Communicate with the installation team about project specifics.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Sales experience, preferably in construction or home improvement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills (email, quoting software).
