Sales Associate - Lead Generation

We are local sales and marketing firm, based in Asheville, North Carolina, specializing in lead generation and sales through direct marketing campaigns in retail settings. In this entry level position, Sales Associates will support both our marketing and sales teams in generating leads and building customer relationships. Individuals will provide exceptional service, promote client products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns.

This position is ideal for aspiring professionals who thrive in a people-facing role, and are looking to start a long-term career within sales! Paid training is provided. Local applicants will be prioritized. 

Daily Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and potential fit with our solutions.
• Acquire new customers and sales leads.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer relations.
• Engage with customers within a retail environment.
• Represent top brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence.

Qualifications 

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred.
• Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus.
• Student Mentality: The ability to continuously look to learn and grow.
• People Person: Great interpersonal skills are a plus! 
• Problem Solver: Being solution-oriented to help customers in all situations.
• Team player: Being capable of not only excelling individually, but as a team as well.
