Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Functional & Regenerative Medicine

About Us

We're a 5-star rated, award-winning integrative medical clinic with a decade-long reputation for truly changing lives in Austin. What began as 360 Jasmine Acupuncture & Wellness Center has grown into Advanced Functional Medicine of Austin—a practice specializing in functional, regenerative, and longevity medicine. We blend Western diagnostics, Chinese medicine, regenerative therapies, and cutting-edge anti-aging science, such as peptides and ozone therapy, to deliver results that conventional models rarely achieve.

Above all, we're a faith-driven practice. We believe caring for patients is a God-given calling, and we approach our work with love, kindness, empathy, and the old-fashioned heart of a country doctor who truly knows and cares for the people they serve.

Position Summary

We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—unrushed, root-cause focused, and genuinely transformative. This isn't 7- to 15-minute, prescription-and-out medicine. Here, you'll have the time to truly know your patients, uncover the underlying causes of their health challenges, and walk with them through real healing.

You'll provide high-touch, personalized care using advanced diagnostics and proven protocols in a private-pay, wellness-focused setting. You'll also be trained and mentored in cutting-edge therapies—peptides, IV nutrition, hormone optimization, regenerative aesthetics, gut microbiome restoration, detoxification, and longevity protocols—that deliver the kind of profound, life-changing outcomes our patients share every day. This is deeply rewarding work, and it's the kind of medicine that will help you live healthier, too.

The right person won't just help run this clinic. You'll absorb this knowledge, apply it to your own life and your family's, and learn to live longer and healthier yourself. The ideal candidate is organized, very detail-oriented, personable, comfortable with people and technology, and genuinely excited to grow alongside a team on a real mission.

A Real Career Opportunity—Not Just a Job

This is more than a position; it’s a genuine opportunity to build a deeply satisfying, purpose-driven career helping patients transform their health, performance, and lifespan. We’re not looking for someone who wants to clock in, clock out, and go home—we’re looking for someone who wants to build something. You’ll be part of a close-knit, faith-driven family that genuinely invests in your growth, encourages innovation, and gives you room to master a form of medicine that is only becoming more valuable. For the right person, this role can be a real stepping stone toward becoming a functional medicine health practitioner yourself, with the chance to learn our protocols, understand our patients, and grow in wisdom and knowledge while doing work that has real mission and meaning.  This is also a future-proof career in a field that AI won’t replace anytime soon. As conventional, algorithm-driven care continues to be squeezed and automated, the hands-on, relationship-based, root-cause healing we practice depends on human presence, compassion, judgment, and touch. The skills you build here will only grow more valuable as the world shifts, making this an opportunity to contribute to something meaningful while developing expertise in a rapidly expanding field.

Who We Are & Who Thrives Here

We're more than a clinic—we're a close-knit family with a shared sense of purpose. We believe good health is a blessing, that the body has a God-given ability to heal, and that helping people live longer, healthier lives is meaningful work worth doing well.

 You'll thrive here if you:

  • Are genuinely excited about functional, integrative, regenerative, and longevity medicine
  • Are eager to learn cutting-edge protocols and bring innovation to patient care
  • Approach each day as a blessing and an opportunity to grow in wisdom and knowledge
  • Believe in root-cause, systems-based healing rather than quick symptom management
  • Have a heart for serving and caring for people
  • Are eager to learn cutting-edge protocols and bring innovation to patient care
  • Want more than just a job; you want purpose, growth, and a real career you can build
  • Want the time and freedom to build real relationships with your patients
  • Want a purpose-driven career, not just a job—a place where your work truly matters

If you've been longing to transition into (or deepen your work in) functional and regenerative medicine, we'd love to hear from you. If your heart is in conventional, insurance-driven, pharmaceutical-first medicine, this likely won't be the right home for you—and that's okay.
