Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Full-Time Position Advanced Functional Medicine of Austin & 360 Jasmine Acupuncture & Wellness Center — Austin, TX
About Us
We're a 5-star rated, award-winning integrative medical clinic with a decade-long reputation for truly changing lives in Austin. What began as 360 Jasmine Acupuncture & Wellness Center has grown into Advanced Functional Medicine of Austin—a practice specializing in functional, regenerative, and longevity medicine. We blend Western diagnostics, Chinese medicine, regenerative therapies, and cutting-edge anti-aging science, such as peptides and ozone therapy, to deliver results that conventional models rarely achieve.
Above all, we're a faith-driven practice. We believe caring for patients is a God-given calling, and we approach our work with love, kindness, empathy, and the old-fashioned heart of a country doctor who truly knows and cares for the people they serve.
Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and caring Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first face our patients see and the warm voice they hear on the phone. But this is far more than a front-desk job.
You'll be part of a team doing work that genuinely transforms lives. Every day, you'll witness patients walk through our doors tired, struggling, and out of options—and watch them rediscover their energy, vitality, and hope through protocols that address the root cause of illness rather than just masking symptoms. From bio-identical hormone therapy and peptide protocols to NAD+, high-potency IV therapy, gut restoration, and deep cellular detoxification, our healing approach is profound, science-backed, and—as our patients tell us again and again—life-changing.
The right person won't just help run this clinic. You'll absorb this knowledge, apply it to your own life and your family's, and learn to live longer and healthier yourself. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable with people and technology, and genuinely excited to grow alongside a team on a real mission.
A Real Career Opportunity—Not Just a Job
We're not looking for someone who wants to clock in, clock out, and go home. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
This front-desk role is a genuine stepping stone. We actively encourage and invest in our staff, and for the right person, this position can be the beginning of a path toward becoming a certified functional medicine health practitioner yourself. The team member who pours their heart into learning our protocols, understanding our patients, and growing in wisdom and knowledge will find real opportunities to advance into clinical and practitioner roles over time.
And here's something worth thinking about, this is a career in a field that AI won't replace. Hands-on, relationship-based, root-cause healing requires human presence, human compassion, and human touch. As entire industries get automated, the work we do—and the skills you'll build here—will only grow more valuable. This is a future-proof path in a field that's expanding fast.
Who We Are & Who Thrives Here
We're more than a clinic—we're a close-knit family with a shared sense of purpose. We believe good health is a blessing, that the body has a God-given ability to heal, and that helping people live longer, healthier lives is meaningful work worth doing well.
You'll thrive here if you:
