You will provide high-touch, root-cause–oriented care using advanced diagnostics and personalized solution protocols in a private-pay, wellness-focused setting. You’ll be trained and mentored in cutting-edge therapies, including peptides, IV nutrition, regenerative aesthetics, gut Microbiome rejuvenation, detox and parasite solutions, and longevity optimization protocols.
Conduct comprehensive functional consultations, including detailed history, systems review, and lifestyle assessment, nutritional and supplement protocols.
Order, interpret, and explain advanced labs (hormones, metabolic, gut, micronutrients, inflammatory markers, etc.).
Develop and manage personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle, nutraceuticals, peptides, hormone optimization, and appropriate medications.
Administer and/or oversee:
Provide ongoing follow-up, education, and coaching to motivated patients committed to transformation.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine providers, wellness staff).
Document thoroughly and accurately in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas, in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar).
Demonstrated, genuine interest in functional, integrative, regenerative, and/or longevity medicine (courses, certifications, prior roles, or self-directed education strongly preferred).
Strong skills in patient communication, education, and relationship-building.
Comfort with longer, in-depth visits and collaborative care planning.
Prior experience in functional, integrative, regenerative, hormone, or longevity medicine.
Experience with IV therapy, hormone therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, or regenerative aesthetics.
Familiarity with lab interpretation beyond standard ranges (optimal/functional ranges, pattern recognition).
Experience or interest in blending Eastern and Western modalities (e.g., acupuncture, Chinese medicine, mind-body approaches).
Intensive training and mentorship in functional, regenerative, and longevity medicine, including peptides, advanced diagnostics, and anti-aging protocols with AI in-depth analysis and summaries
