A Dental Assistant Floater needed for our North Scottsdale Cosmetic and General Dental office with, at least, 3 years experience, primarily with dental assisting. This position is a versatile team member who provides flexible support across multiple departments or clinical locations to ensure smooth patient flow. They step in wherever the clinic needs extra help, seamlessly bridging the gap between back-office clinical duties and front-office administration. Also, must be comfortable communicating with patients in all aspects including answering the phone, greeting patients, treatment plan presentation
The Floater Dental Assistant adapts dynamically to the daily needs of the practice. They maintain rigorous infection control standards, assist hygienists and dentists during procedures, and manage administrative workflows. This role requires rapid prioritization, excellent multitasking, and strong teamwork.
