Holistic Abilities is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist who is creative, collaborative, and eager to grow within a supportive team. You’ll provide holistic, play-based interventions that empower children and families to build skills for daily life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized occupational therapy services for children ages 0–21 (predominantly 3–12 years) in both clinic (approx. 75%) and home/community settings (approx. 25%)
Address sensory integration, feeding, and motor skill development using evidence-informed approaches
Collaborate closely with families to support carryover and build confidence in daily routines
Participate in weekly mentorship meetings and structured professional development
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards
Work as part of a small, collaborative team while also managing an independent caseload (average of ~26 clients)
Coordinate scheduling with flexibility and mutual respect for work–life balance

Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing as an Occupational Therapist in New Hampshire
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
CPR/First Aid certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability for after-school sessions (typically until 6:00 PM, 2x per week for full-time status)
Passion for sensory integration, feeding, and motor development
Interest in relationship-based and trauma-informed approaches (i.e. TBRI, DIR/Floortime)
