We've been cooking from scratch in Rogers for 8 years: seed-oil-free, with sourdough fermented 4–5 days and fired in a real wood oven. Our kitchen is open to the dining room, so guests see everything we do.
What you'll do• Prep• Line and pizza station work• Oven support• Closing and cleaning duties
What we're looking for• Shows up on time, every shift• Moves efficiently and stays calm when it gets busy• Keeps a clean, organized station and stays presentable, since our kitchen is in full view of guests• Is self-motivated and sees what needs doing without being told• Wants to learn wood-fired cooking and dough. Line or prep experience is a plus, and we'll train the right person.
Pay: $18–$20/hr depending on experience, plus a shift meal.Schedule: Nights and weekends are required.
