What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers across your target market.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, hiring initiatives, workforce challenges, and growth plans.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase revenue through consultative relationship management.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close.

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions and client experiences.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to consistently exceed revenue goals.

  • Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and industry developments.

  • Utilize AI, automation, and market intelligence tools to improve productivity, client engagement, and business development efforts.

  • Take full ownership of your territory, revenue performance, and growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or a related client-facing environment.

  • Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships.

  • A hunter mentality with a passion for creating opportunities and winning new business.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something rather than simply maintain an existing book of business.

  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex organizations.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Resilience, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance business development and client engagement.

  • Desire to make a visible impact within a growing organization.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

Uncapped Commission
