Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, market mapping, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers across your target market.
Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, hiring initiatives, workforce challenges, and growth plans.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase revenue through consultative relationship management.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions and client experiences.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to consistently exceed revenue goals.
Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and industry developments.
Utilize AI, automation, and market intelligence tools to improve productivity, client engagement, and business development efforts.
Take full ownership of your territory, revenue performance, and growth strategy.
1–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or a related client-facing environment.
Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships.
A hunter mentality with a passion for creating opportunities and winning new business.
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something rather than simply maintain an existing book of business.
Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Resilience, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000
