Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
As a Residential Cleaning Sales Consultant you will be the face of Slate Home Cleaning, introducing homeowners to our premium, eco-friendly cleaning services. Your role will focus on building trust at their doorstep or over the phone, educating potential customers on the benefits of non-toxic deep cleaning, and closing subscription sales that provide real value to families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our non-toxic, whole-home cleaning services.
- Build rapport and establish trust in short, face-to-face interactions.
- Present customized cleaning service options to meet homeowner needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect quickly with homeowners.
- Professional, coachable, and eager to learn proven sales techniques.
- Full-time availability, with flexibility for afternoon and evening canvassing.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to complete Background check.
