Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist seeking a fulfilling role in a welcoming, family-owned private practice? We invite you to become a part of our team, where excellent patient care is at the heart of everything we do.

We are a locally owned private-practice committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients. We are a practice consisting of 2 full time dentists and 4 full time hygienists. We are looking to bring on an additional dental hygienist to better be able to serve our expanding patient base. We believe in treating our patients like family and strive to form long term relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, polishing, S/RP
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, X-rays
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
• Educate patients on recommended treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
• Manage patient appointments and recall systems

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
