We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our AT&T Wireless Representative as Sales Trainees. In this role, you’ll be the face of the brand—engaging with customers inside retail environments, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

No sales or customer service experience? No problem! We offer fully paid trainingand hands-on mentorship to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage with customers inside retail locations
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions
• Educate customers on the latest promotions, services, and devices
• Support a positive, high-energy store environment
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
• Stay current on AT&T’s product offerings and services through ongoing training

Experience:

• No previous retail or sales experience required
• Background in sports, hospitality, or team-based environments is a plus
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be comfortable working in person at retail locations with reliable transportation

Job Details:

• Pay:$700–$1,000/week (bonuses offered based on performance)
• Schedule: Full-time; must be available to work on-site, including weekends
• Location: In-person at designated retail stores
