Since opening in 2016, Dr. Kelly’s has grown from 1 location, to 7, covering the Phoenix, Tucson and now Flagstaff communities.
We provide over 20,000 low-cost and free pet surgeries to our community each a year. At Dr. Kelly's we are here to help fill the gap for owners looking for quality care without the significant burden of cost. Dr. Kelly's Surgical Unit is a family-owned, fast-growing surgical veterinary practice that prioritizes doing what is right for the patient above all else. Unlike corporate practices, we remain deeply committed to maintaining a personal, hands-on approach to every case. As a customer-centric, independent practice, we foster a supportive and welcoming environment that ensures a judgment-free zone for pet owners. We are dedicated to offering affordable, compassionate, and convenient surgical solutions for pets and their parents, rather than adhering to corporate structures and quotas.
Our Flagstaff Hospital has 1 Doctor support by 5 technicians working in close proximity. We are a fast-paced facility performing 15-20 surgeries per day including S/N, dentals, mass removals, cystotomy, amputations, cherry eye, etc. You will need to be able to move quickly and stay focused.

Since 2016 we have provided affordable surgical options for clients to help their pets. With 5 locations across the Phoenix and Tucson Metro areas we have wide service areas to meet the community need.
In 2022 we had provided over 25,000 low-cost or free pet surgeries. Dr. Kelly's fills the gap for owners looking for quality care without the significant cost burden.
