Office Assistant

Salary Range:  $18 - $22 hour

Busy Landscape maintenance company looking for an Office Assistant to perform various tasks and support our landscape maintenance teams and owner. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Applicants should be proficient with Word-Excel and Google Apps.

Successful candidates will need to be well-organized, with great time management skills and the ability to act without guidance.  Also have the desire to not let things get behind or fall through the cracks during peak season.


Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities effectively

Answer Phones and coordinate with foreman and supervisors

Manage customer issues and follow through with teams to confirm work is done

Ability to work independently without guidance

Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy.

Organize landscape dispatch to maintain efficient teams.

Process credit card payments, manage invoices through our CRM software


Requirements

Work experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Well versed in Google Suite knowledge

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Working for a landscaping company in the past is a plus but not required
