Elite has an immediate position available for an experienced Stand-Up Forklift and Reach Truck Operator to join our team in a warehouse facility. This is a night shift position!

Description:

The company is looking for an experienced full-time/year-round reach truck operator to work in a safe and efficient manner.  This position is responsible for operating the standing reach truck to stack and move freight to and from vehicles and containers.  This is a 40 hour a week position that works the night shift This position requires a minimum of 1 years of Reach Truck or Stand-Up Forklift experience is required.  Must be drug free and have reliable transportation.  Must be able to read, decode and decipher freight coding. Must be able to use a scanner and inventory  with freight. 

Responsibilities:

·        Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination;

·        Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process;

·        Reconcile driver pick-up and delivery manifests;

·        Label, weigh, and sort freights;

·        Responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse;

·        Follow safety procedures and properly use safety equipment; and

·        Any other task as required.

Full time position. Need to help set up the new warehouse. Training provided for system use. Pay is depending on experience. Must have a positive attitude and have willingness to learn new things. Must be able to pass background with clean driving record and valid license.

Must be able to use warehouse scanners 

Must be able to use basic math skills 

Ability to life uo to 50ils+repeatedly throughthe day 

Essential Physical Requirements/work environment:

The successful candidate should possess the ability to:

·        Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.;

·        Requires repetitive bending, twisting and reaching; and

·        Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 1 years of Reach Truck/Stand-Up Fork Lift experience required;

·        Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; and

·        Ability to pass drug and background screening are required.
