Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow.

• Collaborate closely with the lead front office to coordinate the clinic schedule.

• Serve as the point of contact for onboarding new physical therapists for their first 6 months, providing mentorship and structured support.

• Conduct 1:1 coaching with physical therapists to ensure alignment with our clinical standards and foster growth.

• Manage staff scheduling, including PTO approvals and clinic hours coordination.

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and personnel decisions for the clinic.

• Partner with leadership on clinic growth, including strategic planning and execution.

• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure clinic success and financial sustainability.

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with local providers and community partners.

• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with staff, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities.

• Support clinic presentation, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with Impact’s standards.

• Represent the clinic at local events and community outreach efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona.

• At least 2 years of full-time outpatient physical therapy experience.

• Must be in good standing internally at Impact Physical Therapy.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Understanding of clinic operations, financial performance, and patient care metrics.

• Experience managing a team or clinic.

• Experience coaching and helping others succeed.

• Hiring or interview experience.
