Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is a privately owned outpatient clinic built by people who love this profession and refuse to let the industry ruin it. We serve the Phoenix Valley and we're growing, but we're committed to staying the kind of place where everyone knows each other's name.

YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE MENTORED HERE

Not assigned a manual and left alone. Our clinicians work closely together, cases get talked through, and newer therapists have direct access to experienced ones. Growth here is intentional, not accidental.

THE TEAM IS THE CULTURE

We hire people we actually like working with. That shapes everything. Our team shows up for each other, celebrates wins together, and doesn't leave anyone hanging on a tough case or a hard day. We do quarterly all-team connection meetings with role-based mentorship and team building, plus the occasional dress-up day that reminds everyone not to take themselves too seriously.
