Blue Aspen Marketing is hiring a Marketing and Website Project Manager!

We’re growing and looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized individual to join our team. This role is focused on working closely with our customers to plan, manage, and launch their custom-built websites. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team—ensuring each project is beautifully executed and launched on time.

We build all websites from scratch, so we need someone who understands the full website lifecycle—from initial creative planning to content and design execution. A background in digital marketing, web design, and project management is key to success in this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •    Act as the primary point of contact for clients during website projects

    •    Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals and brand messaging

    •    Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to build fully custom websites

    •    Organize and manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion

    •    Assist with content planning and copywriting for websites

    •    Coordinate feedback and revisions with clients and internal teams

    •    Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, UX, and performance prior to launch

    •    Provide post-launch support and training to clients

Required Skills & Experience:

    •    3+ years of experience in website project management or digital marketing

    •    Strong understanding of website structure, user experience, and design best practices

    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    •    Experience working with WordPress and other CMS platforms

    •    Strong eye for design and ability to communicate visual direction

    •    Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

    •    Familiarity with SEO principles and basic HTML

    •    Ability to write or edit marketing-focused copy

Bonus Skills:

    •    Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

    •    Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello)

    •    Background in branding or marketing strategy

    •    Experience working with small businesses or agency environments
