Sales Development Representative Partner

AvaHR is a modern hiring platform built for small and mid-sized businesses that want to hire smarter and faster. We are expanding our nationwide network of Business Development Partners — driven professionals who introduce AvaHR to business owners and earn a growing income stream for every customer they bring on.

As a Business Development Partner, you operate with full autonomy over your schedule, territory, and outreach methods. There are no assigned leads, no office requirements, and no cap on what you can earn. Your income is directly tied to the portfolio of active customers you build and retain over time.

This is a self-employed, flexible opportunity best suited for motivated professionals who want to build lasting, residual income without the constraints of a traditional employment arrangement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with small business owners, HR managers, and operations leaders who could benefit from AvaHR’s hiring platform• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative conversations to assess fit and guide purchasing decisions• Own the full sales process from initial outreach through customer sign-up and onboarding• Build and maintain an active customer portfolio, supporting long-term retention and satisfaction• Generate referrals and expand your network through existing customer relationships• Self-manage your pipeline and weekly activity, targeting 20–30 outreach touchpoints per week• Represent AvaHR professionally across all channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking

 

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, recruiting, or a related field• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly• Highly self-directed with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline without day-to-day oversight• Comfortable working in a performance-based pay structure where earnings reflect results• Proficiency with outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms• Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work setup• Authorized to work in the United States as a self-employed professional

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, HR tech, recruiting, or B2B software sales• Experience managing a client book of business or long-term account relationships• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Facebook Groups, or similar prospecting channels• Prior success in performance-based or residual income roles• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a scalable personal income stream

 

Compensation

AvaHR partners are compensated through two income streams: a one-time bonus for each new customer acquired, and an ongoing monthly residual earned as long as that customer remains active. There is no base salary. Total earnings grow as your customer portfolio grows.
