We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is very important role to the success of our software company. You are the first-touch and set the tone of introducing our award-winning company to the targeted customer.  The ideal candidate will be able to research, qualify, and nurture leads in the early stages of their relationship with VIVAHR.

Our SDRs are engaging, energetic, and adept at establishing connections with potential clients within a brief window of interaction. If you possess excellent communication skills, have an infectious enthusiasm, and are skilled at identifying client needs, we want to hear from you!

In your role as an SDR at VIVAHR, you'll be entrusted with:

  • Being the initial point of contact for our leads, fostering interest through discovery and education
  • Qualifying prospective clients to set appointments for our Account Executives to close deals
  • Making a significant number of inbound calls to marketing leads
  • Maintaining a full-time, Monday to Friday work schedule, 8AM - 5PM 

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Proven sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to articulate value propositions via phone and email
  • Capability to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate to Arizona
