Location: Float between Clear Lake, Kemah, and Southeast Houston Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $125,000 – $220,000 per year (depending on experience and workload)

About the Role Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and family medicine services. This is a unique, 100% outpatient facility-based opportunity. While the work is performed within a behavioral hospital environment (ages 16+), this role is strictly focused on medical management.

You will work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to stabilize and treat general health concerns, prioritize preventative care, and proactively manage chronic conditions. This fast-paced role is ideal for providers who excel at problem-solving and want to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Coverage: Float between facilities in Clear Lake, Kemah, and Houston.
  • Patient Care: Manage day-to-day primary care needs for a primarily 16+ and adult-aged patient population.
  • Chronic Disease Management: Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention for populations with multiple comorbidities.
  • Collaboration: Participate in integrated, team-based care alongside physicians and facility staff to meet patient needs.
  • Schedule: Rotating and flexible on-call schedule (may include some weekends).

Qualifications

  • Education & Certification: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher. Board Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) focusing on family or adult medicine. (Accredited PA certifications also considered).
  • Licensure: Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological, or Family Nurse Practitioner in TEXAS (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Prescriptive Authority: Holds or is eligible for active DEA registration.
  • Certifications: Up-to-date CPR and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently.
