Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 per year
Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on delivering high-quality adult primary care and internal medicine services in a collaborative outpatient setting.
This position is ideal for a provider who is confident in evaluating and managing adult patients, values strong continuity of care, and enjoys working closely with physicians and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through face-to-face care in an established medical practice.
Perform comprehensive and problem-focused evaluations for adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Provide routine primary care, preventive services, follow-up care, and wellness visits.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Order, interpret, and review labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
Prescribe medications in accordance with Texas and federal regulations.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, front office staff, and other care team members to support efficient and coordinated patient care.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHR.
Support quality care initiatives, disease prevention, and patient engagement efforts within the practice.
Master’s degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license.
Board certification as AGNP, FNP, or other applicable NP certification.
Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority, or eligibility to obtain.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in adult primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care, or outpatient practice.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform both comprehensive and focused assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Experience with EHR systems; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus.
