Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various company databases.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure correct information is maintained.
- Conduct regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Interact with department heads to gather and organize data that is required.
- Generate and export data reports as needed by supervisory and management staff.
- Follow data privacy and security procedures to ensure confidentiality of information.
- Assist with data management and organization tasks to streamline business operations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on data-related progress and challenges.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to work schedule and data entry deadlines.
- Use data entry software and tools effectively, keeping them updated as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially in MS Excel) and data programs.
- Familiarity with administrative duties and software applications (CRM tools, Online databases, etc.).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
