Wavedash Marketing is expanding in the Idaho Falls area, and we're looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing sales team.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our client campaigns, engaging directly with customers in major retail environments. We partner with nationally recognized brands to grow their customer base through in-person connections and exceptional service.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and clear advancement paths based on performance — not seniority.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interact with customers daily inside top local retail locations
• Present promotions, services, and product offerings clearly and confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service and accurate product knowledge
• Participate in team meetings and client training sessions
• Set, track, and achieve individual and team sales goals
• Support marketing campaigns by generating leads and brand awarenessBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners
