We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers a structured training program designed to develop future leaders in sales, marketing, and operations.

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in retail sales and team leadership. This role is designed to fast-track high-performing individuals into management positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote client products and services
• Team Leadership: Support and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals
• Operations Oversight: Assist with daily retail operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to improve results
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship programs
• Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with retail managers and staff to support campaign success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and leadership development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven leadership experience (work, school, or extracurricular activities)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends and occasional eveningsPrior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
