Why You’ll Love Working Here

Do you thrive on leading from the front—keeping projects on track, holding people accountable, and making sure quality never slips? Are you the kind of person who can confidently walk a job site one day, put on a Tyvek suit the next, and then represent the company at a trade show the day after? Do you get excited about being part of a small but growing company with lots of potential? Does helping shape the future of a company interest you? If so, this could be the career move you’ve been waiting for.

This is not a “clock in, clock out” position. It’s for someone who wants to grow with a company that is doubling year after year, who craves responsibility, and who takes pride in being the engine that keeps everything running clean, pristine, and professional.

Our Core Values

At PNW Mold Control, we don’t just get jobs done—we seek to set the standard for the industry.

Everything we do must be:

Clean – at the micro level. In remediation, clean means more than just appearances.

Pristine – while we work and when we finish, it looks flawless.

Professional – in how we show up, how we work, and how we represent ourselves.

If these values resonate with you, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

As our Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Manage Projects: Keep crews on task, on time, and up to standard—motivating techs, correcting performance issues, and ensuring accountability.

  • Get Hands-On: Be willing to jump in when needed—whether it’s containment setup, stain removal, or training techs directly.

  • Build & Grow: Develop systems, delegate effectively, and help scale operations as we continue to double in size. Right now we need a leader who can take control of operations and find ways to be more efficient and productive.

  • Represent the Company: Confidently engage with clients to resolve concerns and make sure expectations are met or exceeded. We are proud of our 53 five star ratings on google and we need someone who will continue to add to those reviews.

  • Protect the Business: Manage inventory, oversee credit card use responsibly, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Who You Are

This opportunity is for you if you:

  • Can have the hard conversations (hiring, firing, holding people accountable).

  • Care deeply about quality and detail, with a “done right the first time” mentality.

  • Are willing to roll up your sleeves and put on the Tyvek suit when needed.

  • Are honest and trustworthy—someone we can hand a company card to without hesitation.

  • Have strategic thinking skills—you can look at a job, break it down into tasks, and efficiently deploy your team.

Bonus: Industry knowledge/experience in restoration, mold remediation, or construction is highly valued—but if you bring the leadership and drive, we can train you on technical skills.

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive Salary (DOE)

  • Commissions based on profitability

  • Profit-Sharing opportunities (because this role directly drives company growth)

  • Ongoing training & leadership development

  • A clear growth path into higher-level leadership as we scale (you will be working directly with the owner of the company)

  • Health stipend

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Leadership with Impact: You won’t just manage tasks—you’ll shape the direction of the company alongside the owner.

  • Growth-Oriented Culture: We’re doubling yearly, and we want someone who’s excited to grow with us.

  • High Standards, High Trust: You’ll lead a team in an environment where quality isn’t optional—it’s who we are.
