This full-time position is based in our main office, allowing for direct engagement with both team members and customers. Please note that this position is not eligible for remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions in a concise and detailed manner.
  • Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and to facilitate the exchange of information necessary to the functioning of other departments.
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate responses are provided promptly.
  • Train and guide junior customer service personnel to perform duties according to company standards.
  • Perform customer verification processes and handle customer complaints sensitively and efficiently.
  • Track customer issue resolution and follow up with customers to ensure their technical or service-related issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Promote company products and services by up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree; additional certifications in customer service management preferred.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
  • A keen attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and improvements through regular training sessions and team meetings.
  • Capability to adjust to new industry trends and the evolving needs of the business.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
