Your primary goal will be to execute strategies that build our client's brand while maintaining a positive company image.
This is an on-site position based in Norfolk, and it is critical that the candidate has the capacity to travel within the region. This is not a remote job and requires the ambassador to interact personally with the local community, ensuring an impactful presence and connection.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with residents in assigned Norfolk neighborhoods to effectively introduce and promote internet services provided by our client.
- Help potential customers check internet availability directly at their addresses, providing accurate and up-to-date information on availability and service options.
- Communicate current promotions and service options available to potential customers, enhancing understanding and encouraging subscription.
- Collect lead information from interested prospects and schedule appointments for further engagement or service installation.
- Participate in local events and tradeshows on behalf of the company, acting as the face and voice of the brand, and enhancing public perception.
- Provide feedback and client insights to sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and approaches based on direct community interactions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets in brand awareness and customer engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Must have reliable transportation to navigate assigned neighborhoods and attend various local events.
- Access to a smartphone with data; tech-savviness to manage scheduling and reporting tasks efficiently through mobile platforms.
