Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with new homeowners, property managers, and builders to introduce and promote Covington Promotions’ services and value proposition.
- Manage and grow relationships within the designated territory through proactive, face-to-face interaction.
- Identify, pursue, and convert leads into long-term clients through strategic sales approaches and excellent communication skills.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss needs and outline how Covington Promotions can meet them.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective planning and report on progress in team meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetration and growth in the market.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, client information, and progress towards sales goals.
- Attend industry-related events, seminars, and conferences to network and build professional relationships.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to optimize our business strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a field-based role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
