REMOTE Licensed Mental Health Therapist - PA Only
Job Overview:
Mental Health Specialists LLC is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our hybrid psychotherapy practice in Pittsburgh, PA for a REMOTE ONLY W-2 position. PA residency and PA license required. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist passionate about specialized care and eager to build a niche practice. We believe clients deserve access to therapists who bring unique expertise—whether in trauma, couples, neurodivergence, or other specialty areas.
We aim to create a network and community of people through our work as therapists, where individuals are embodied and fully living in the world, able to participate fully in life, regardless of their feelings or circumstances. We see that the wound in society we are trying to heal is that people are disembodied and dissociative, rather than living life from a place of presence and compassion. We want to enable and support people within their communities to be more embodied and fully living in the world.
Our mission is to create a supportive community where clinicians thrive professionally while clients receive high-quality, specialized mental health care. We encourage our therapist's creativity, accountability, and collaboration as we grow together.
We are looking for a therapist who is mature and can have accountability in their work, able to hear constructive feedback while also providing feedback in a way that we can co-create and partner together in this vision. Ideally this provides you with the freedom to express the creativity within your own expertise and interests.
About Mental Health Specialists LLC:
As a hybrid group psychotherapy practice, our vision is to simplify the process of locating specialized mental health treatment among the sea of therapists and to match trained therapists with the right client. We also aim to enhance accessibility to specialized therapy in regions where access is limited or nonexistent, and by doing so we hope to empower everyone with skills, knowledge and resources that support mental health.
Founded in 2025 by Amy Gamble-Moore, LCSW, a seasoned clinician and community mental health leader with over 20 years of experience. Our services include individual counseling, group therapy, workshops, and community-based programs. Clinicians also have opportunities to develop and lead specialized groups and contribute to our growing online resource platform.

Community-driven and client-centered care
Cultural humility, seeing all cultures as equal in value and contextual in nature
Integrity, professionalism, and compassion
Resilience and flexibility in meeting individual and collective needs
