Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Position
Position Overview:
Mental Health Specialists LLC is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our growing group practice in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will provide clinical therapy services to adults for this full-time hybrid (remote & in-person) therapist position. We are currently hiring therapists with expertise in working with specific populations or treatment modalities. We aim to provide care to clients seeking a mental health specialist, rather than having many therapists who offer generalist services. By providing a diverse array of treatment modalities and specializations from multiple providers, we will meet the growing demand for specialized care in the industry. We would love to have you join us so you can shine in your niche, be matched with appropriate clients, and keep your passion and enthusiasm alive for your work.
We aim to create a network and community of people through our work as therapists, where individuals are embodied and fully living in the world, able to participate fully in life, regardless of their feelings or circumstances. We see that the wound in society we are trying to heal is that people are disembodied and dissociative, rather than living life from a place of presence and compassion.
We are looking for a therapist who is mature and can have accountability in their work, able to hear constructive feedback while also providing feedback in a way that we can co-create and collaborate in supporting this vision.
We want someone who enjoys being creative and wants the freedom to express that creativity as we partner in this vision.
About Mental Health Specialists LLC:As a hybrid group psychotherapy practice, our vision is to simplify the process of locating specialized mental health treatment among the sea of therapists and to match trained therapists with the right client. We also aim to enhance accessibility to specialized therapy in regions where access is limited or nonexistent, and by doing so we hope to empower everyone with skills, knowledge and resources that support mental health.
